Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Express: 1–3 business days (metro areas).

International Shipping

Delivery estimates: 7–21 business days (standard), 5–10 business days (express, where available).

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. Evoque is not liable for these charges.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Evoque is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels once tracking shows the package as delivered.
Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
